i-Comm Connect was founded in 2009 in Portland, ME with a mission to transform the customer service industry. With strong roots in the beautiful coastal city of Portland, the company continues to be headquartered there.

Web-based calling technology has been transforming business and internet-based communications since the introduction of Skype. But, a truly seamless solution for optimizing customer service had not been delivered. We believed we could deliver a superior VoIP product to the marketplace, to connect customers and businesses on a contextual level. i-Comm Connect introduced TACTAL to the marketplace in 2013, as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Since then, i-Comm has developed multiple integrations and product optimizations to deliver a truly omi-channel tool specifically designed to improve the customer experience.
